2. Booking & Payment

Your retreat booking becomes binding once written confirmation has been received and the required deposit or payment has been made.

Payments may be made via bank transfer or approved payment providers listed on the booking page.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse participation under exceptional circumstances.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your participation, the following conditions apply:

• Up to 90 days before retreat start: refund minus administration fee

• Up to 60 days before retreat start: 50% refund

• Less than 60 days before retreat start: no refund

Your booking may be transferred to another participant upon written agreement.

If the retreat needs to be cancelled by the organiser due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive either:

• a full refund, or

• the option to transfer your payment to a future retreat.

The organiser is not responsible for costs related to flights, visas, travel arrangements or personal expenses.

4. Travel Responsibility

As a participant, you are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of:

• Flights

• Passports

• Visas

• Travel insurance

• Health insurance

• Vaccinations and health requirements

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.

5. Health Disclaimer

The retreat includes yoga, breathwork, movement practices, meditation, wellness activities and emotional self-development work.

Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

The retreat is not intended to diagnose, treat or replace medical, psychological or psychiatric care.

By joining, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate safely. If you have any medical condition, injury or psychological concern, please consult your healthcare professional before booking.

6. Liability Disclaimer

The organiser accepts no responsibility for:

• injuries or illnesses,

• accidents,

• loss or theft of personal belongings,

• travel disruptions,

• force majeure events,

• weather-related changes,

• or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Participants take full personal responsibility for their participation and all decisions made during the retreat.

7. Programme Changes

The organiser reserves the right to make changes to schedules, accommodation, teachers, excursions, activities or retreat content if necessary due to weather, safety, health or organisational reasons.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Any personal information collected through this website or during the booking process is used solely for communication, retreat administration and customer support.

We use your information to:

• respond to your enquiries and booking requests,

• send you relevant retreat updates and information,

• improve our service and your experience.
